My Story

My journey began in the heart of Colorado, where I was born into a long line of argiculture and raised among the beauty of the Western plains. Horses have always been part of who I am—they’re not just animals, but companions, healers, and teachers. That deep connection became the heartbeat of my art.

Since childhood, I’ve been drawing, painting, and sculpting the form of the horse, exploring every color and medium I could get my hands on. While pursuing my Fine Arts degree at the University of Southern Colorado, I fell in love with sculpture—a medium that let me bring my visions to life in a whole new way. My style took shape as something bold, whimsical, and metaphorical—each piece telling a story beyond the surface.

Years of working with my own horses—and those brought into rescue—shaped my understanding of their personalities, behaviors, and emotional depth. That real-life connection fuels my work with authenticity and heart.

Today, I’m proud to share my pieces through A Cowgirl’s Heart Boutique & Gallery, where art and Western style come together. My work can also be found at:

  • Spirits in the Wind Gallery – Golden, CO

  • True West Gallery – Santa Fe, NM

  • The Dancing Wolf Gallery – Elbert, CO

  • The Koshare Indian Museum – La Junta, CO

  • Hunter-Wolff Gallery – Colorado Springs, CO

Every sculpture is a tribute to the horses I’ve known, the stories they’ve helped me tell, and the cowgirl spirit that lives in us all.
